Hi everyone,

I am passionate about helping people to fix themselves by providing the right knowledge, advice and guidance along the way and have a particular interest in spinal conditions after working with some very challenging conditions in my early career.

I love being able to keep fighting fit so as I can provide the best treatments and aim to put into practice what I preach by hitting the gym in my spare time (when that exists!). I also have a passion for getting outside and hiking whenever the opportunity presents itself and recently completed the Winter Fan Dance in January 2022 which included a 15mile hike with an 18kg backpack up and down Pen Y Fan in Wales. Yes, I am a little crazy but love a good challenge hence why Sports Therapy continues to be a good fit.
