Q/ Where can I find my membership certificate/number
A/ Your membership certificate, Membership number and Expiry Date can be found in your individual Dropbox folder, issued when you joined or renewed
Q/ What is the cost of insurance? Is insurance included with membership?
A/ STA affinity scheme insurance is available to members once an application has been approved, it costs £50.86 and we provide a link in the welcome letter in your Dropbox folder to deal directly with Balens Insurance who administer our policy and are appropriately regulated to offer advice and sell insurance products.
Q/ How do I renew my membership?
A/ Usually if you have set up a recurring subscription (currently £48 per annum) you will send us money on the anniversary of your membership application, if you joined using the annual (currently £60) you will be required to contact the office and organise a payment. We do not currently accept card payments over the phone. You will receive reminders 21,14 and 7 days prior to expiry to your registered email address.
